Enjoying Dessert While On The HCG Diet

So you just started the 500 calorie HCG Diet? It definitely falls into the category of very low calorie. There’s even an abbreviation just for the “very low calorie diet.” It’s VLCD. The hard part for those who have a sweet tooth is dessert.

But there are tools and tips out there that can definitely help. (Make sure the tips and/or tools you are accessing come from a reputable source.) If it’s done right the homeopathic HCG dieting food plan can actually leave dieters feeling quite satisfied. What’s not good about steak, steamed vegetables and dessert for dinner. The Strawberry Shortcake recipe serves one

You’ll need to have Vanilla Creme Stevia, strawberries (sliced) and Melba Toast (plain)

How to make it: place the Melba Toast down first and add one drop of Vanilla Creme Stevia. Slice the strawberries and create a layer of strawberries on the toast. Once you’re done with that add the other drop of Stevia and it’s all done.

Strawberries and Cream, 1 serving

You’ll need to have one tablespoon of milk, sliced strawberries, 2 to 3 drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia and one pack of dry Stevia.

Recipe: Slice up the strawberries and put them in a small sized bowl. Add the milk and Stevia (both types). Toss it all together and serve it.

Strawberry/Orange Smoothie, 1 serving

The ingredients listed are: 1/2 a fresh orange (or you can substitute 1/3 cup orange juice), 1 cup of fresh strawberries (you can substitute frozen), 3/4 cup ice (crushed), 1/2 a dropper Stevia (or 1 packet Stevia-any flavor), and a handful of frozen spinach leaves (you can leave these out; your choice).

Instructions: Place the ingredients into your blender and turn it on. Turn it off when the concoction is smooth and pour it out to serve immediately.

Looking into the homeopathic HCG diet can leave potential dieters feeling wary of the lack of sugar and fat. But after trying a few of the dessert/treat recipes most will change their mind. It’s not nearly as difficult as many potential dieters make it out to be.
