In making this relish, make sure you have all the necessary ingredients ready. The ingredients must be in proportion or use the amount that would suit your personal taste. When using a food processor, make sure the ingredients are not over chopped.

When not needed, the mixture can be stored in the fridge for up to a week. You can even freeze it for future usage. Storing some in your fridge allows you to get some when you need it for something. This comes in handy when you want to add flavor to your soup or pasta.
