Raw food diet appears to be a throwback to the early days of our civilization when just about everyone had a garden. Now this plan is similar to a vegetarian diet because most of foods come from plants. Participants in the raw food diet plan consume all of their necessary protein from nuts and legumes. if you are an exercise fanatic, however, you may find yourself running out of energy on this diet and extra calories might be needed.
