In the US, it is estimated that more than half the population is to some degree out of shape and overweight. With numbers so high, there are many looking for the best diet to meet their needs and they want healthy eating advice.

First of all, if you are looking for advice on healthy eating then understand there is lots of misinformation out there. All these whacky fad diets have a tendency to confuse people.

If you go online to find advice on healthy eating habits, then remember that what you find is just general guidelines which may or may not be a good fit for your needs. Always consult a professional before making any radical changes to your diet.
